Mr. Navin Kothari is a fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India(ICSI) and associate member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI). He has more than 23 years of working experience in various fields, and has been practising professionally for the last 19 years in the field of Company Secretarial activities. He is a Proprietor of N K & Associates and been providing consultancy and advisory services to both Listed and Unlisted Companies. He has a team of dedicated staff both qualified and semi qualified. He is also an Examiner of the ICMAI and has also trained more than 50 students. He was also associated with the various committees of the EIRC of ICSI.
